Little Bronco Fans

The kids wore their Bronco jerseys for the game today so I had to try to get a picture of course.
I think Isaac was actually watching the game and taking notes. Here is his trying to take down his sister. And both of them mugging for the camera- I think Delia got the "Fisher tongue!"

Window games

Here are the kids playing with the windows in the dining room. I love to hear them laughing together.

Weekend fun

What a great Saturday... breakfast from Durango Doughworks (who knew organic donuts could taste so good!) then off to run errands. We went to our storage unit, Home Depot, and Walmart. When we got home we realized things that we missed at each stop- we'll have to go back to all three tomorrow. I blame our constant lack of sleep. At least the kids were pretty good- here they are at Home Depot in the race car cart, a family favorite. I have a feeling they are going to love Disneyland (we leave in 2 weeks-hooray!)

Delia at 11 months

Our baby's not much of a baby anymore! We can NOT believe her birthday is upon us. Now that she super mobile it's hard to get pictures of her that don't end up a big blur- Isaac was the same way... there are months of his life that I don't have any pictures.

My name is...

Isaac is learning how to spell his name. He likes to practice on his pillow...

These boots were made for walkin'

I guess we can officially say that Delia is walking. She's really been walking for awhile now- it seemed like she was just taking a step here and there, but now she's walking more than crawling so I guess it's time to write it down in the baby book. I bought her some new shoes this weekend, and she's actually wearing them today! I haven't been able to get her to wear shoes up until now.

Oh brother...

Snapshot of new Isaac high jinx:
Isaac runs up to Delia and kicks her in the shins. So I tell him to apologize to her. He runs up and yells in her face, "Sorry for doin' that!"
"No, Isaac. Tell her what you're sorry for."
Being the obedient kid that he is, he runs up to her again and says, "Sorry for kickin' you like this!" and proceeds to kick her in the shins again.
So now all of his apologies include a reenactment of his previous transgression. We don't quite know what to do with him sometimes.

You better get me to school on time...

Today was Isaac's first day of school!! We can't believe that he is old enough for school! He is going to preschool (my old preschool actually) two days a week. From what I could tell he totally loved it. He cried when I told him we had to leave, and we were the last to leave. No separation anxiety for this kid. I could barely get him to say good-bye to me when I dropped him off. When I asked him what he did at school he told me, "We sang a song about going to school and it said HOORAY! in it!" Sounds like fun.

Saturday morning with Pop

Isaac asked Matt if he could play his "goo-tar" for them. The kids like to help.
